ColdTrack, formerly known as NutriFresh, was originally founded in 2014 as contract manufacturer and HPP processor in Edison, NJ and pivoted in 2018 to become the first turnkey cold chain logistics platform for eCommerce brands.
Unlike traditional 3PLs, ColdTrack is exclusively focused on the unique complexities of perishable eCommerce logistics. The company’s fulfillment network first expanded in 2021 through the acquisition of Stockton Cold Storage in Stockton, CA plus an additional facility in Patterson, CA. In early 2025, ColdTrack opened the doors to its newest distribution hub in Indianapolis, IN.Â
The company expanded its services in 2023 with enhanced logistics services and an OMS and Shipping Management software platform purpose-built for the complex logic requirements of perishable D2C and D2B brands.Â
ColdTrack was named one of the “100 Most Intriguing Companies” by Goldman Sachs’ and has appeared on the Inc. 5000 List of fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States for 4 consecutive years.
